Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, pre-order, or try before you buy.
This policy explains how you can manage, change, or cancel these types of purchases.

☕ Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you choose — weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.

**Discounted subscription pricing applies with a minimum of 3 consecutive deliveries.**  
This helps us plan roasting schedules fairly and offer better value to regular customers.

Your payment details are stored securely and you’ll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to cancel (after the minimum commitment).

You may pause or skip a delivery if needed; however, repeated pausing or skipping may result in a review or adjustment of your subscription discount, to ensure fairness for all customers.

Your order confirmation emails also include links to view your past orders.

**Note:** Subscription plan prices and shipping rates may occasionally change.

📦 Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, you’re purchasing an item that’s not yet available or currently out of stock.

We may take full payment, a partial deposit, or store your payment method until the product is ready to ship.

You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it’s fulfilled. Once fulfilled, our standard return policy applies.

🧾 Try Before You Buy

When you order an item on a “try before you buy” basis, your payment method is authorized before fulfillment, but not charged immediately.

You’ll have a set period to decide if you wish to keep the item. If you don’t return it within that period, your payment method will be charged in full.
