Refund policy

At Dairy Beanz, we put our heart and soul into everything we do — from green bean selection to roasting, packaging, and delivery. We want you to enjoy every part of your Dairy Beanz experience.

Coffee

We roast every batch to order. Because of this:

  • If you made a mistake with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
    We often roast and ship on the same day, so once your coffee has been roasted, ground, or dispatched, we’re unable to cancel or amend the order.
  • To cancel an order, please phone or email us immediately.
  • Approved cancellations will be refunded in full using the same payment method.

If you’re not enjoying the flavour of your coffee, our team is always happy to help. We can guide you with brewing adjustments or recommend a roast that better suits your taste.

Equipment & Other Products

Some equipment may take 8–15 working days depending on availability and manufacturing.
If an item requires backorder, we will contact you within 24 hours with expected delivery dates and options.

Damages, returns or discrepancies

These must be reported within 3 working days of delivery.
Claims made after this timeframe cannot be accepted.

  • Pricing is subject to change without notice.
  • Returns outside the 3-day window may incur administrative charges.
  • Incorrectly ordered or unwanted items must be returned at the customer’s expense and may incur a restocking fee.
  • Items must be in resellable, original condition with all tags attached (unless faulty).
    Returns with marks, stains, damage, or wear may not be accepted.

Boxed or packaged goods

Please place the original box inside a shipping satchel or outer box.
Do not attach labels directly to the product packaging.
Damaged packaging may result in the return being declined.

Return authorisation

No returns will be accepted without prior approval.

Warranty

  • Products may include manufacturer warranties or guarantees. Please refer to each product page for details. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
  • Defective or faulty products will be replaced or refunded according to the warranty terms.

Processing Your Return

Once your return reaches our warehouse, we will inspect and process it as quickly as possible.
You will receive an email once your refund has been issued.

  • Please allow 7–14 days for processing (NZ returns can sometimes take 3+ weeks depending on courier delays).

We appreciate your patience — we will email you as soon as your return is completed.

Important Information

We strongly recommend keeping a copy of your postage receipt or tracking label when sending your return.
This provides proof of return should any issues arise.
