Delivery Information
Our goal is to get your coffee to you as quickly and freshly as possible.
Delivery Targets
- Nationwide (Non-Rural): Next working day
- Rural Delivery: +2–3 working days
Delivery targets are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Fees
- Free shipping nationwide on most coffee orders over $25 (T&Cs apply)
- Gift boxes and equipment may incur additional shipping costs
- Rural addresses may include a rural surcharge, shown at checkout
Freshly Roasted to Order
We roast specifically for your order.
- Orders placed before 5 pm are usually roasted the same day
- Dispatch is same day or next working day
- Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays are processed the next working day
- Delivery is Monday–Friday only
Where We Deliver
We ship to almost anywhere in New Zealand — residential, business, and rural.
For most locations, coffee arrives 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Rural deliveries typically take an additional 1–3 working days.
We can track your order at any time if delays occur.

- Prices include GST and may change without notice
- Online orders have a 5 kg maximum.

In-Store Pick-Up
Pick up your order free of charge from our store.
Select “In-Store Pick-Up” at checkout.
Please wait for your pickup notification, and bring your order confirmation and ID.
